Hungary, Belgium, India and Hungary: 30-45 business days
Brazil/Russia: 45-60 business days

Countries where orders may take longer due to strict customs laws and regulations: Israel, Germany, and Switzerland
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes. Within 8 business days after completing your purchase, you will be sent a tracking number. Thank you for your patience and please make sure to check your spam or "junk mail" folders. If you haven't received one after doing this, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the 365 day refund policy?
You have 365 DAYS TO RETURN an item to us in its original condition.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, go through our easy online return process. Just email email@example.com with your order receipt to request a return authorization number and process to follow.
If, for any reason, the item arrives in condition different than the image(s) presented, email images to firstname.lastname@example.org and a request for a store credit or refund for immediate review and processing.
Where can I check the location of item and know where it is in the delivery process?
After you have been provided a tracking number via email, you can check the shipping status here.
"Arrived at destination" means that the package has reached your country.
"Pick up" means that it has been taken by the courier and will be delivered to you very soon.

I only received part of my order
You will receive the rest of the items in separate shipments. This is common depending on which items you ordered.
Will I have to pay customs fees, duties or taxes on products I purchased?
While most customers do not report having to pay any taxes, if there is one, you would be responsible for paying it.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as the items have not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order for a full refund. Once shipped, then you would refer to the Satisfaction Guaranteed policy.
